SPONSOR RESIDENTIAL:
This service allows clients to choose a home/family to live with and the providers in that home will service the individual in a person-centered manner. The client will choose exactly what services they want and the schedule they wish to follow. The provider may choose to find and employ other certified individuals to provide them with Respite care. There is mandated training and qualifications both the main providers and respite workers must meet (see some examples below).

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have at least a High School Degree and preferable background in social work, special education or any other related field.
• Must pass Criminal Background checks (FBI and State police), CPS and DMV clearance
• Must have Tuberculosis screening
